Worked well but broke after first use.

Hi there, I was excited to use the grip on phone while playing at events. It worked pretty well but it already broke unfortunately. The piece that holds the phone doesn’t seem to be able to connect to the rest of the grip o phone. Please let me know if it’s possible to get a replacement. My only other critique is that the phone tilts away from me more than I’d like. I think it would be a little easier to see the music if I could tilt it forward. Especially when dealing with glare outside.
